CA Manoj Kohli

Manoj Kohli is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Cost & Works Accountant based in Chandigarh. He qualified CA in January 1987 from GGSD College, Chandigarh (B.Com), and has been in practice ever since through his firm M. Kohli & Associates (mkohli.associates).

He was born on 6 September 1963, and grew up in Chandigarh, completing his schooling up to Class 10 across different schools and cities. His father served as an Accounts Officer in the Punjab Government, and his mother — a BA, BT — served as Principal in many schools. Education and public service run deep in the family.

CA Kohli regularly updates members and the public on changes in Income Tax, GST, and other financial regulations through social media, and makes important representations to the government on difficulties faced by members and the public.

ICAI Service

A proud servant of the Chandigarh Branch of ICAI for 30 years (1994–2024), holding positions as Member, Vice President, and culminating as Chairman in 2023–24.

He is also the Founder of the Chandigarh CPE Study Circle of ICAI — a platform for continuous professional education — and actively promoted the community of Chandigarh Chartered Accountants, Taxation & Accountancy professionals.
